NewPro-Nano HighEnd Polish
Product Description
NewPro-Nano HighEnd Polish is a (solvent containing) lacquer sealant based on the chemistry of nanotechnology. The polish produces a transparent ultra-thin layer, which refreshes the lacquer in color and gloss and gives the surface a long lasting pearl-off effect.
The water and dirt repellent sealant enables an easy cleaning of automobiles /vehicles.
Instruction for Application and Use
In order to reach the best result, the following steps are recommended:
Surface pre-treatment:
Can be applied directly easily to all vehicle lacquers. The lacquered surface, is to be coated must be dry and free of any dirt, grime or dust. For the pre-treatment of older lacquers standard commercial silicon and wax-free lacquer cleaner or polish is adequate.
Caution:
Do not apply NewPro-Nano HighEnd Polish in direct sunlight or to a hot surface! Do not apply to non-lacquered surfaces or raw synthetic surfaces, such as vehicle bumpers, roof racks – rather mask tape these surfaces before application.
Application/Use:
Shake the sealant fluid well before use! Use very sparingly and work on surface of parts individually, for example the individual body parts! Frequently change polishing towels! This will reduce the necessary effort substantially. Do not use micro-fibre towels or other similar abrasive materials!
Apply approximately 1 – 2 ml to the polishing towel (no micro-fibre towels) and apply light pressure polishing the material in a circular motion to parts of the surface at a time.
Do not leave a residue of the material on the surface; rather directly polish it out until very smooth surface results. Replace or change towels frequently.
Machine Polishing:
For professional application we recommend an eccentric-polishing machine with lambskin hoods, as they are used to polish vehicle lacquers (for example, Einhell APM 241/2 or CarJack PM 120, 2800 – 3200 U/min, polishing disc diameter up to 240 mm).
Apply Approximately 2 – max. 5 ml to the centre of the polishing disc and turn on the polishing machine. Without applying any pressure, polish on about 0.5 – 1 m² the lacquered surface. Move the polishing machine in a circular motion evenly several times over the surface in order to achieve an even application and allow a slow airing out of the sealant
The surface, which is to be sealed, should be polished using the polishing machine until a minimal residue remains visible on the surface. Afterwards remove the residue using a soft towel and finally polish out by hand until a high gloss results. Often change or replace the towel .
Cleaning of the Sealed Surface:
The sealed lacquer surface can be easily cleaned using a moist towel without applying any pressure. High-pressure steam cleaner or cleaning solvent cleaners should not be applied to vehicles.
Instruction for Application and Use
Removal of the Sealant:
The lacquer sealant can be removed residue-free by hand with lacquer cleaners containing solvents and by machine with lacquer beautifying rubbing polish or cleaning polish. Remains/residue on raw synthetic material parts or rubber parts can be removed using standard commercial cleaners.
Required Conditions for Use/Application

Drying:
At normal air temperatures the sealant completely hardens within 15-30 minutes
The lacquer sealant is immediately air dry and touchable after polishing.
