Description

NewPro-Nano Glass and Ceramic-Kit gives the coated surface water and oil repellent properties. Glass becomes easy to clean and hard-to-clean dirt, grime and soiling are repelled as a result of a patented effective coating system. The life of the protected surfaces are also greatly extended.

Instruction for Application and Use

Surface preparation:

All surfaces should be free of grease, oil, dirt and dust, dry and sustainable.

Mixing Instructions:

A mixture of the product with water has a negative effect on the characteristics of the product as well as the life of the product after application.

Application (Pre-Cleaner):

When applying the product, only use the towel, which is included with the product.

Pre-cleaning:

1. As usual, remove large dirt and grime particles first.

Notice:

Subsequent to pre-cleaning, use the red towel.

2. Using the enclosed pre-cleaner, clean the surface to be coated.

The pre-cleaner removes all possible grease remains and neutralizes moisture on the surface. The glass surface is then clean and ready for coating when the glass surface shows no signs of streaks caused by grease or oil.

For extreme dirt, grime and soiling, repeat the above pre-cleaning procedures as necessary. The surface should be immediately coated subsequent to pre-cleaning.

Surface Coating:

For coating only use the blue towel.

The surface to be coated must be completely clean and free of grease or fat prior to the surface coating.

1. Spray NewPro-Nano Glass and Ceramic-Kit to the surface

2. Rub in the product evenly and thoroughly using the blue towel

An even, thin, fluid film should be present on the surface.

3. Wait for product to take effect – reaction time (approximately 3 minutes at room temperature)

4. Using the blue towel once again, polish over the surface

5. Surface is ready for use after 12 hours.

In the event streaks or other spots appear during the coating procedure, they can easily be removed with the pre-cleaner.

Notice:

NewPro-Nano Glass and Ceramic-Kit can be used on a wide variety of surfaces. It is, therefore, recommended that a test be applied to the surface, which is to be coated to determine the suitability of the product for its intended use.

Use:

• Contents of package (50 ml) is sufficient for 6 m².

This is simply a standard value, which can vary depending upon the layer of thickness and the structure of the surface.

An exact amount of required material for the intended purpose is to be determined with a test application to the surface of the object.

Required Conditions for Use/Application

Application and drying can be effectuated at normal room temperature.

Drying times:

• The coated surface is ready for use after 12 hours.

During the drying period, protect the coated surface from grease, moisture and cleaning solvents.

Cleaning of the care and special towels:

• Wash out thoroughly with water.

• Easy-to-clean Coating 50 ml (blue bottle)

• Care Towel for Cleaning (red towel)

• Special Towel for coating surface (blue towel)

• Latex Gloves

Further Instructions

Storage:

• Store in a cool, frost protected place in original closed packaging.

Disposal:

• Because the product is environmentally safe, the disposal of the remains of the material can be disposed of in accordance with the appropriate local and official regulations

• Empty containers can be recycled.

Work Hygiene

Before breaks and at the end working with the product, wash hands thoroughly.

Do not eat, drink or smoke during use. Avoid eye and skin contact with the product.

Before using the product, it is absolutely necessary to wear the latex gloves included with the product.

Safety Precautions

Keep away from children. Keep containers sealed tightly closed. In the event of eye contact, immediately flush eyes out with lots of clean water. In the event of skin contact, wash skin thoroughly with water and soap. Do not smoke during application and use.

If swallowed seek immediate medical advice and show the packaging or product label to the treating physician.
