Used glass surfaces lose their clean shine after a short time as a result of the build-up of dirt, grime, calk and environmental wear. With the NewPro-Nano Coating Kit ProfiLine glass and glazed ceramic looks new again, regains its shine and remains protected for a long time. NewPro-Nano Coating Kit ProfiLine is a professional surface sealant and care kit designed for a large number of glass and glazed ceramic surfaces.

The Set consists of both the intensive cleaner NewPro-Combo-Cleaner for the removal of organic materials such as grease and oil and the NewPro-Intensive Cleaner for the thorough removal of inorganic materials like calk, oxide, and rust. Furthermore, the Set includes NewPro Pre-Cleaner and NewPro-Nano Coating for Glass and Glazed Ceramic for long-lasting protection of the coated surfaces.

Range of Application and Use

NewPro-Nano Coating Kit ProfiLine was specially developed as a long-lasting protective coating for the first coating of unprotected surfaces as well as the refinishing/re-coating of surfaces, which have already been coated.

Declaration of Guarantee for the NewPro-Nano Coating Kit ProfiLine surface protection:

• The stability of the surface protection is guaranteed to last for a minimum of 10 years when applied by a properly trained specialist and when the instructions for the care of the coated surface are followed.

Instruction for Application and Use

Intensive Surface Preparation:

All surfaces should be free of grease, oil, dirt and dust, dry and sustainable.

1. As usual, thoroughly remove all large dirt and grime and loose particles.

In the event of extreme soiling or dirt, repeat this step until the particles and soiling is removed.

Removal of organic substances such as grease, oil and other stubborn stains and grime:

1. Attach a 3M cleaning pad to the pad-holder

2. Spray the corresponding previously diluted NewPro-Combo Cleaner onto the pad. Rub diluted Combo-Cleaner onto the glass surface with the pad until suds form

3. Allow NewPro-Combo Cleaner approx. 3 minutes to take effect

4. Afterwards, rub over the surface again using the same pad and then rinse off with lots of clean water

5. Immediately dry off all remaining liquids and thoroughly dry off the surface using a clean cotton towel.

Removal of inorganic substances such as calk, oxide, and rust:

1. Attach a 3M cleaning pad to the pad-holder

2. Spray the corresponding previously diluted NewPro-Intensive Cleaner onto the pad. Rub diluted Combo-Cleaner onto the glass surface with the pad until suds form

3. Allow NewPro-Intensive Cleaner approx. 3 minutes to take effect

4. Afterwards rinse off with lots of clean water

5. Immediately dry off all remaining liquids and thoroughly dry off the surface using a clean cotton towel.

Notice:

As long as there are no inorganic substances on the glass, steps 1 to 5 of the removal of inorganic substances can be skipped and surface pre-treatment can begin.

Surface Pre-Treatment:

1. Spray NewPro-Pre-Cleaner to the surface and rub out the pre-cleaner using the enclosed red pre-cleaner towel from the Set until no remains of fluids are visible. For larger surface areas, application should be carried out in overlapping segments of approx. 1 m². The pre-cleaned surface is clean as soon as there is no grease or oil streaks on the surface.

Do not touch or contact the surface after cleaning and coat surface immediately subsequent to drying.

Application (Coating):

1. Spray NewPro-Nano Coating evenly to the pre-cleaned surface and spread evenly over the surface using the blue towel included in the Set. For larger surface areas, application should be carried out in overlapping segments of approx. 1 m²

2. Polish out the remaining materials using the blue towel until there are no remains of the product left

3. Through the immediately resulting chemical reaction, the coating lawyer inseparably bonds to the surface. After the conclusion of the chemical reaction, after approx. 24 hours, hydro and olephobic properties take effect and optimize water, grease and oil repellency. After 24 hours drying time, the surface is completely ready for use again.

Notice:

NewPro-Nano Coating Kit ProfiLine can be applied to a wide range of surfaces. NewPro-Combo-Cleaner and NewPro-Intensive Cleaner is not to be used on surfaces of materials that are sensitive to acids, such as marble and other natural stone as well as anodized parts. It is, however, recommended that a test of the product is carried out on the surface to determine the suitability of the product for its intended use. Mixing Instructions:

NewPro-Combo Cleaner:

NewPro-Combo Cleaner can be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:10 to 1:4.

NewPro-Intensive Cleaner:

NewPro-Intensive Cleaner can be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:5.

Caution:

NewPro-Pre-Cleaner and NewPro-Nano Coating cannot be mixed with water or other foreign substances. Such a mixture will have negative effects on the product characteristics, its effectiveness and the durability of the product and the surface coating.

Use/Consumption of the Product:

• The Set is sufficient for up to 120 m².

This is a standard value, which can vary depending upon the absorbency of the surface and the degree and nature of the dirt and grime on the surface.

An exact amount of required material for the intended purpose is to be determined with a test application.

Care Instruction

Improvements and New Coatings:

The quality of the surface protection is designed to last for many years. Nevertheless, in the exceptional event that after longer use, the surface protection layer should show signs of damage or wear, this can be remedied or repaired using NewPro-Nano Active Protection.

Cleaning and Maintenance of the Coated Surface:

NewPro-Nano Coating Kit ProfiLine is a permanent protection system. The protected surfaces are smooth, homogenous, stabile, and are, therefore resistant against all the usual household acids and alkalis. For the removal of dirt, grime and soiling, we recommend using a soft, non-abrasive sponge or a towel in combination with a NewPro cleaner. The cleaners out of our recommended NewPro care product line not only work actively against general dirt, grime and stains such as calk and water remains, but also work against grease and soap remains.

Caution:

The application of abrasive cleaning creams or liquids as well as powders, highly concentrated drain cleaners, fittings, fixture and steel cleaners and powder forming bathroom cleaners should be absolutely avoided because they can scratch the surface and cause damage to the surface coating protection.

Required Conditions for Use/Application

Application and drying can be effectuated with a surface and area temperature between a min. +10°C and max. +30°C. Do not apply NewPro-Nano Coating Kit ProfiLine under direct sunlight at temperatures above +25°C, or at temperatures below +10ºC. During drying times protect coated surface against moisture.

Drying Times:

• After approx. 24 hours, the coated surface is ready for full use again.

This is a standard value, which can vary depending upon the area temperature, relative humidity and the structure of the surface.

Cleaning of Tools:

• Immediately after use, clean tools with lots of clean water.

Storage:

• At temperatures between +4°C and +30°C in original tightly closed packaging, can be stored for a minimum of 6 months

• Protect against moisture, frost and heat.

Work Hygiene

Before breaks and at the end working with the product, wash hands thoroughly.

Do not eat, drink or smoke during use. Avoid eye and skin contact with the product. Ensure that the enclosed latex gloves are worn during application or working with the product.

Safety Precautions

Keep away from children. Keep containers sealed tightly closed. In the event of eye contact, immediately flush eyes out with lots of clean water. In the event of skin contact, wash skin thoroughly with water and soap. Do not smoke during application and use. If swallowed seek immediate medical advice and show the packaging or product label to the treating physician.

NewPro-Nano Coating Kit ProfiLine must not be used together with cleaning solvents which contain chlorine. There is a danger that poisonous vapors will result. NewPro-Combo Cleaner and NewPro-Intensive Cleaner must not be used on the surfaces of materials which are sensitive to acids, such as marble and other natural stone as well as anodized parts. It is also recommended that a test of the product is carried out onto the surface to determine suitability for the intended purpose.
