NewPro-Maintenance Kit for Shower and Bath is an efficient coating and care set
for a large number of glass and glazed ceramic surfaces in showers and baths.
The set includes NewPro-Active Cleaner, which is an environmentally safe base
cleaner for the removal of soap remains, calk and other debris and deposits.
NewPro-Nano Active Protection is a nano-sealant for the maintenance and refreshment of
previous surface coatings and offers a fresh and hygienic ambiance just like on
the first day. |

Instructions Regarding Use/Application
|
|
Surface preparation/pre-cleaning:
All surfaces should be grease, oil
and dust particle free, dry and sustainable.

Large and rough dirt or soiling and lose
partials, as usual, should be thoroughly removed
In the event of extreme soiling
or dirt, repeat this step again.

Moisten the enclosed sponge with water
-
Apply an appropriate quantity of NewPro-Active Cleaner to the surface and rub
it over the entire soiling and dirt
-
Leave NewPro-Active Cleaner standing to take effect for a short period and
afterwards rinse off with clean water.

Application:
The surface to be coated must be
completely cleaned and grease free prior to the application.

Lightly spray NewPro-Nano Active Protection onto the
surface consistently and evenly in surface parts between 0.5 und 1.0 m and
distribute and polish with the towel included in the set.

Leave the coated surface to dry for 2 - 5 minutes.
-
If necessary remove extra materials with a lint free towel or spread evenly.

Notice:
NewPro-Maintenance Kit for Shower
and Bath covers a wide range of applications. For this reason, we recommend a
test be carried out to the surface to determine the suitability of the product.
The surface should be immediately coated after the pre-cleaning and should no
longer be touched by hands.

Mixing
Instructions:
If necessary, NewPro-Active
Cleaner
is mixable with water. The ratios are noted on the package, but the degree of
soiling or dirt must also be considered.
NewPro-Nano
Active Cleaner comes ready to apply and can be directly applied to the surface. A
mixture with foreign substances can negatively affect the properties, the
durability of the product, and the applied protective coating.

Use:
This is simply an estimation,
which can vary depending upon the absorbency of the surface and the degree of
soiling and dirt.
An exact
amount of material required should be determined by a test on the intended
surface. |

Care Instruction |
|
Improvement
and New Surface Coatings:
The surface coating is designed to
last for many years. In the event that this not is the case, and the surface
protection shows damage, repeat the above-described steps in applying a new
coating.

Cleaning of
the coated surface:
NewPro-Maintenance Kit for Shower and Bath is a permanent protection system.
Soiling and dry remains can be removed with a moist towel.
|
|
Caution:
The
application of very aggressive cleaning detergents such as scrubbing detergents
or abrasive powder, highly concentrated drain pipe cleaner, fixture and steel
cleaners such as powder bath cleaners which can cause damage to the protective
coating should be absolutely avoided. Surface damaging scrubbing devices are may
also not be used.

Use/Application
|
|
The
application and drying requires a surface and area temperature between min. +5°C
and max. +30°C. NewPro-Maintenance Kit for Shower and Bath may not be applied
under direct sunlight at temperatures over +25°C and at surface and area
temperatures under +5ºC. During drying the surface must be protected
against moisture. |
|
Drying Times:
The complete protective properties
of NewPro-Maintenance Kit for Shower and Bath results after a 12 to 24 hour drying
time at a temperature of +20°C; depending on the temperature and the relative
humidity.

Work Hygiene

Before
breaks and at the end working with the product, wash hands thoroughly.
Do not eat, drink or smoke during use. Avoid eye and skin contact with the
product. If necessary, wear protective clothing.

Safety Precautions
|
|
Keep away from children. Keep
containers sealed tightly closed. In the event of eye contact, immediately flush
eyes out with water. In the event of skin contact, wash skin thoroughly with
water and soap. If necessary, seek medical advice. Do not smoke during
application and use. If swallowed seek immediate medical advice and show the
packaging or product label to the treating physician.
NewPro-Maintenance Kit for Shower
and Bath is not to be applied to surfaces which can reach temperatures over
+450°C, otherwise the coating surface layer can become brittle and damaged.
NewPro-Active Cleaner is not to be
applied to acid sensitive materials such as marble and other natural stone.
