calk and environmental wear. With the NewPro-Nano-Renovation System glass
regains its shine and clarity and remains protected for a long time.
Glass has
become one of the most precious building materials in modern architecture. With
glass, the creativity of architects and builders is almost limitless. It often
results that there are very expensive constructions, which after a short time
from environmental influences, show signs of wear and tear. Transparence,
clarity and cleanliness of the glass are lost.
The question
then arises whether glass objects, be it a shower wall, window glazing, the
mirror or glazed ceramic can ever regain their original characteristics and
shine.

Instruction for Application
and Use
|
|
Surface preparation/Pre-cleaning:
All surfaces should be free of
grease, oil, dirt and dust, dry and sustainable.

As usual, thoroughly remove all large soiling and loose particles.
In the event of extreme soiling/dirt, repeat this step until the particles and soiling is removed.

Allow the surface to completely dry before the application of NewPro-Nano
Window Glass Sealant and do not touch.
|

Notice:
For thorough pre-cleaning, we
recommend the special pre-cleaning product NewPro-Surface Cleaner (all-purpose
cleaner) or NewPro-Active Cleaner (calk remover), which are especially designed
for NewPro-Nano Window Glass.
|
|
Application:
-
Basic cleaning: Clean basic dirt and grime from the glass surface
-
Removal of intensive dirt and grime: Clean off organic substances (grease,
oil, etc.) and other dirt and grime from the glass surface. Attach 3M pad onto
the pad holder, dilute NewPro-Combo-Cleaner with water and spray onto the pad.
(Ratio: 1 part Combo-Cleaner to 10 parts fresh clean water), rub diluted
Combo-Cleaner onto the glass surface (forming suds), allow 3 minutes to take
effect, go over the glass surface once again with a 3M pad and afterwards
rinse off with lots of water and remove liquid

Clean glass surface of inorganic substances (calk, oxide, rust, etc.). Attach
a 3M pad onto the pad holder, dilute NewPro-Intensive Cleaner with water
(ratio: 1 part Intensive Cleaner to 5 parts water) and apply to the 3M pad.
Rub diluted Intensive Cleaner onto the surface, allow 3 minutes to take
effect, completely rinse off with lots of water and remove liquid
As long as
there are no inorganic substances on the glass, step 3 can be skipped and step
4 (surface coating) can be started; after step 2 and 3 are completed and the
glass surface and frame area have been completely dried with a cotton towel.

Surface coating: Spray NewPro-Pre-cleaner onto the glass surface. As long
as there are no inorganic substances on the glass, step 3 can be skipped and
step 4 (surface coating) can be started; after step 2 and 3 are completed and
the glass surface and frame area have been completely dried, go over surface
with a cotton towel and with a red pre-cleaning towel until all liquid is
gone. Clean larger surface areas in overlapping segments of approximately 1 m²

Immediately thereafter, spray NewPro-Nano Glass Coating onto the glass surface
and spread the material over the surface evenly using the blue coating towel.
For larger surface areas, coat in overlapping segments of approximately 1 m²
-
After coating the glass surface, polish out the material with the moist blue
towel until all excess material is gone. As a result of an immediate chemical
reaction the coating layer quickly becomes inseparable from the glass surface.
After completion of the after-reaction (approximately 24 hours), the hydro and
oleophobia (water and grease repellence) are optimized. The coating is then
ready for use.

Caution:
During the application of the
product, pay careful attention to the safety instruction. When applying the
cleaning products, protect acid sensitive surface (using Strippable Varnish
Liquid Folio) such as marble or anodized parts. For exterior coatings, never
apply product at temperatures under +10°C. Only coat surfaces under dry
weather conditions.
For calk deposits such as
strong metal oxide weathering, remove dirt and grime particles immediately
subsequent to the application of the Combo-Cleaner (Step 2) using the NewPro-Intensive
Cleaner.
Pay careful attention to the
application instructions on the bottle label.

Care Instruction |
|
Surface maintenance and care for
glass/glazed ceramic are not achieved, because ease of care and hygienic clean,
thanks to the exceptional ease of care of NewPro-Nano Glass and Ceramic, fresh
cleanliness and optimal hygiene are achieved without the need for aggressive
cleaner or abrasive cleaning devices.

Cleaning, maintenance and care of
the coated surfaces:
NewPro-Nano Glass and Ceramic
surfaces are smooth, homogeneous and stabile and as a result are resistant to
all the usual acids and alkalis. For the removal of dirt and grime, we recommend
the use of a soft, non-abrasive, sponge or towel and a NewPro Nano Special Cleaner. The
cleaners from our care and maintenance program not only prove to actively work
against general dirt, grime and soiling, calk and water stains (especially for
water with high calk contents), but also work against grease and soap remains.

For the Shower:
Active Cleaner (effective against
calk, soap remains, etc.) and Active Protection Glass. The quality of the
surface protection is long lasting. In the exceptional event, however, that the
surface protection shows signs of use or damage after long-term use, this can
usually be repaired through the active protection. The products are included as
care-set for the shower and bath.
For float glass (window glass) we
offer a Surface Cleaner and Active Protection Glass as a set.

Required Conditions for Application and Use
|
|
The product can be processed
and left to drain with temperature range of +10°C minimum and +50°C maximum.
NewPro-Nano Glass and Ceramics must not be used when the temperature is
below +10°C or higher than +25°C with direct insolation. Protect neighboring
acid sensitive surfaces e.g. marble anodized items with our Strippable
Varnish Liquid Folio.
During processing and
draining, protect surfaces against rain, heat and direct insolation.

Safety Precautions

Keep away from
children. Keep containers sealed tightly closed. In the event of eye contact,
immediately flush eyes out with lots of clean water. In the event of skin
contact, wash skin thoroughly with water and soap. If necessary, seek medical
advice. Do not smoke during application and use. If swallowed seek immediate
medical advice and show the packaging or product label to the treating physician.
NewPro-Nano Glass and
Ceramic is not to be used in combination with cleaning solvents containing
chlorine. There is a risk of the formation of poisonous vapors.
