NewPro-Active Cleaner

Description

NewPro-Active Cleaner is an environmentally safe cleaner specially designed for the thorough cleaning of glass and glazed ceramic as well as the effective and long-lasting removal of calk and urine stains and even works to fight bacteria.

Range of Application and Use

NewPro-Active Cleaner was specially designed and developed for application to a wide range and variety of different surfaces such as:

• Baths

• Glass

• Glazed ceramics

• Nano-coated surfaces

• Showers and toilets.

For the cleaning of marble and other acid-sensitive surfaces, NewPro offers an alternative cleaner.

Product Characteristics/Features

NewPro-Active Cleaner exhibits the following product characteristics:

• Very effective and offers the fast and easy removal of dirt and grime deposits.

Instruction for Application and Use

Surface Preparation:

All surfaces should be free of grease, oil, dirt and dust, dry and sustainable.

1. As usual, thoroughly remove all large dirt and grime and loose particles.

In the event of extreme dirt or grime, repeat this step until the particles and grime is removed.

Application:

NewPro-Active Cleaner develops its full cleaner power when mixed with water. Therefore, NewPro-Active Cleaner should not be applied undiluted.

1. NewPro-Active Cleaner –Concentrate diluted at a ratio of 3:1 (3 parts cleaner concentrate and 1 part fresh warm water)

2. Clean surface with non-abrasive combo-sponge (use white side)

3. Allow NewPro-Active Cleaner to actively take effect and after a short time, rinse off dirt and grime particles with lots of fresh water

4. Remove the remaining moisture and polish the surface dry.

Warning:

Do not allow NewPro-Active Cleaner to dry onto the surfaces which are to be cleaned.

Notice:

NewPro-Active Cleaner covers a wide range of surfaces. It is, therefore, recommended a test is carried out to the surface to determine the durability and suitability of the product for its intended purpose or surface. NewPro-Active Cleaner is not designed for use on marble and other acid-sensitive surfaces.

Machine Application:

NewPro-Active Cleaner can be applied using a standard airless spraying device.

Pay careful attention to the manufacturer’s operation manual for the spraying device as well as the mixing instructions.

Mixing Instructions:

NewPro-Active Cleaner can be diluted at a ratio of 3:1 (3 parts NewPro-Active Cleaner –Concentrate and 1 part fresh warm water).

Use/Product Consumption:

• An exact amount of required material can be determined with a test application.

Required Conditions for Use/Application

Application and drying can be carried out with a surface and area temperature between a min. +10°C and max. +30°C.

Required Time to Take Effect:

• Dependent upon the degree of dirt and grime.

Warning:

Do not allow NewPro-Active Cleaner dry onto the surfaces which are to be cleaned.

Cleaning of Tools:

• Immediately after use, clean tools with lots of clean water.

• 250 ml plastic bottles.

• Colorless.

Transport:

• Product is unlabeled and is non-hazardous.

Storage:

• At room temperatures in original tightly closed packaging, product can be stored for a minimum of 6 months

• Protect against moisture, frost and heat.

Disposal:

• Dispose of product remains at an officially designated disposal site

• Do not dispose of the product in the public sewage system or domestic drains

• Only recycle completely emptied containers.

Work Hygiene

Before breaks and at the end working with the product, wash hands thoroughly.

Do not eat, drink or smoke during use. Avoid eye and skin contact with the product. If necessary, wear protective clothing.

Safety Precautions

Keep away from children. Keep containers sealed tightly closed. In the event of eye contact, immediately flush eyes out with lots of clean water. In the event of skin contact, wash skin thoroughly with water and soap. If necessary, seek medical advice. Do not smoke during application and use. If swallowed seek immediate medical advice and show the packaging or product label to the treating physician.

NewPro-Active Cleaner is not designed for the application on marble and other acid-sensitive surfaces.
