NewPro-Intensive Cleaner

Description

NewPro-Intensive Cleaner was specially developed for the thorough and beautifying cleaning of the surfaces of enamel, glazed ceramic, glass, stone and non-corrosive metals as well as for the easy removal of inorganic substances such as calk and rust.

Range of Application and Use

NewPro-Intensive Cleaner was specially developed for the thorough and beautifying surface cleaning of a wide range of different surfaces such as:

• Enamel

• Glass

• Non-corrosive metals

• Stone

As well as the removal of dirt, soiling, and contamination from:

• Algae

• Calk

• Cement residue

• Corrosion

• Moss

• Rust

• Scale deposits

• Urine scale.

Product Characteristics/Features

NewPro-Intensive Cleaner exhibits the following product characteristics:

Instruction for Application and Use

Surface Preparation/pre-cleaning:

All surfaces should be free of grease, oil, dirt and dust, dry and sustainable.

1. As usual, thoroughly remove all large dirt and grime and loose particles.

In the event of extreme dirt or grime, repeat this step until the particles and grime is removed.

Application:

NewPro-Intensive Cleaner produces its full cleaner power when mixed with water. Therefore, NewPro-Intensive Cleaner should not be applied undiluted.

1. Dilute NewPro-Intensive Cleaner-Concentrate at a ratio of 1:5 to 1:40 (1 part cleaner concentrate and 5 parts fresh warm water)

2. Clean the surface with a non-abrasive combo-sponge (using white side) or a 3M pad

3. Allow NewPro-Intensive Cleaner to set in and take effect for 3 minutes and rinse off remaining dirt or contamination deposits with lots of fresh water

4. Remove remaining moisture and polish the surface dry. For metals which can easily corrode, allow to dry after cleaning and protect against corrosion.

Warning:

Do not allow NewPro-Intensive Cleaner to dry onto the surfaces which are to be cleaned.

Notice:

NewPro-Intensive Cleaner covers a wide range of applications. It is, therefore, recommended a test be carried out to the surface to determine the durability and suitability of the product for its intended purpose or surface. NewPro-Intensive Cleaner is not designed for use on marble and other acid-sensitive surfaces.

Mixing Instructions:

NewPro-Intensive Cleaner can be diluted at a ratio of 1:5 to 1:40 (1 part NewPro-Intensive Cleaner-Concentrate and 5 parts fresh warm water).

Use of Product:

• An exact amount of required material can be determined with a test application to the surface, which is to be cleaned.

Required Conditions for Use/Application

Application and drying can be carried out with a surface and area temperature between a min. +5°C and max. +30°C.

Required Time to Take Effect:

• Up to 3 minutes.

Depending upon the individual degree of dirt and soiling and the structure of the surface.

Notice of Caution:

Do not allow NewPro-Intensive Cleaner to dry onto the surface which is to be cleaned.

Cleaning of Tools:

• Immediately after use, clean tools with lots of clean water.

Transport:

• Product is unlabeled and is non-hazardous.

Storage:

• At room temperatures in original tightly closed packaging, product can be stored for a minimum of 6 months

• Protect against moisture, frost and heat.

Disposal:

• Dispose of product remains at an officially designated disposal site

• Do not dispose of the product in the public sewage system or domestic drains

• Only recycle completely emptied containers.

Work Hygiene

Before breaks and at the end working with the product, wash hands thoroughly.

Do not eat, drink or smoke during use. Avoid eye and skin contact with the product. If necessary, wear protective clothing.

Safety Precautions

Keep away from children. Keep containers sealed tightly closed. In the event of eye contact, immediately flush eyes out with lots of clean water. In the event of skin contact, wash skin thoroughly with water and soap. If necessary, seek medical advice. Do not smoke during application and use. If swallowed seek immediate medical advice and show the packaging or product label to the treating physician.

NewPro-Intensive Cleaner is not designed for application onto marble and other acid-sensitive surfaces.

Do not allow NewPro-Intensive Cleaner to dry onto the surfaces to be cleaned.
