Product Description

A graffiti removal solution for application on open porous surfaces which have not been coated with an Antigraffiti surface coating. Graffiti Magic-Bare Surface Graffiti Remover was specially developed for the removal of aerosol spray and marking pen graffiti, without leaving a residual shadow. It is offered in gel form for easy application on vertical surfaces.

Range of Application

Graffiti Magic-Bare Surface Graffiti Remover was developed for the removal of Graffiti on concrete, concrete and brick stone, but can be just as effective on other surfaces. Because NewPro-Bare Surface Graffiti Remover contains an aggressive solvent, it is not appropriate for use on pre-coated surfaces, or surfaces which can be damaged by strong solvents

Procedural Instructions for Use

Surface Preparation:

All surfaces must be dry and free from dirt and grime.

Use:

1. Apply a thick coat of NewPro-Bare Surface Graffiti Remover using a paintbrush, a brush or a spraying device directly onto the dirtied surface.

• With surfaces which have extreme graffiti soiling, wait a few minutes and apply a second coating to strengthen cleaning power the first coating.

2. Subsequently, let the removal solution take effect for 10 to 30 minutes until the Graffiti reacts.

3. Thoroughly rinse off the surface with clear water.

• In the event that a shadow is left on the cleaned surface, let the surface completely dry and repeat steps 1-3.

Notice:

Graffiti Magic-Bare Surface Graffiti Remover is not suitable for the removal of graffiti from sensitive materials, plastics, Plexiglas or freshly coated or painted surfaces.

Machine/Mechanical Application:

Graffiti Magic-Bare Surface Graffiti Remover can be applied with a standard airless/spraying device.

Notice:

Graffiti Magic-Bare Surface Graffiti Remover is always to be applied undiluted.

Graffiti Magic-Bare Surface Graffiti Remover is not mixable with water or other chemicals. The mixture with foreign substances completely neutralizes the cleaning effect.

Cautionary Notice:

While opening the container, hold a towel or rag over the opening, to minimize splashing, squirting or spraying of the product. Wear the appropriate protective clothing and if necessary, a breathing apparatus should be used.

Do not allow Graffiti Magic-Bare Surface Graffiti Remover to dry on the cleaned surfaces!

Use:

• Approximately 0.5 m to 1.0 m per 1 Liter.

This is simply a recommended standard, which in end effect depends on the layer of thickness as well as the absorbency of the surface area structure of the surface.

An exact amount of material needed can only be determined by a sample coating on the surface of the object.

Required Conditions for Use

The application can be carried out with a surface area and air temperature between min. + 5° Celsius and max. + 30° Celsius. Graffiti Magic-Bare Surface Graffiti Remover is not to be applied when temperatures exceed + 25° Celsius under direct sunlight.

Graffiti Magic-Bare Surface Graffiti Remover must only be applied in open air or in a well-ventilated room. The proper protective clothing should be worn and,if necessary, a breathing apparatus should be used.

Notice:

During the application of the product and curing time, the coated surface must be protected from rain.

Curing Time:

• At an approximate temperature of 20°C, approximately 10 to 30 Minutes.

When applying a second coating over intense graffiti soiling, the time may increase. Wait until the product takes effect on the graffiti.

Time is also influenced by the thickness of graffiti soiling.

Cleaning of Tools:

• Immediately after use, clean with water. If necessary, use solvents/cleaning solutions.

• Unlabeled and non-hazardous.

Storage:

• Cool, frost-free, in original closed package with a shelf life of approximately 1 year.

Work Hygiene

Before breaks and at the end working with the product, wash hands thoroughly.
Do not eat, drink or smoke during use. Avoid eye and skin contact with the product. During use, wear protective gloves, protective glasses and protective clothing, and if necessary, breathing apparatus.

Safety Precautionse

Keep away from children. Keep containers sealed tightly closed. While opening the container, hold a towel or rag over the opening. In the event of eye contact, immediately flush eyes out with water In the event of skin contact, wash skin thoroughly with water and soap. Do not smoke during application and use.
