Also for special cleaning tasks the NewPro-Reflex Mop System shows that, with little change to the holder, the reflex system can handle different tasks quickly and efficiently.

For almost every kind of floor cleaning task, the floor skirting or side moldings must also be cleaned at least once a month. The NewPro-Reflex Mop Holder and the Mop Towel, makes it possible to clean the upper part of the floor skirting/ sidings without having to bend over and losing time using the same holder.

High Performance with a Straight Back

Dry Application

For dry cleaning, first the loose dirt and grime particles are removed. The surface is then cleaned with the floor towel or dry mop in a figure eight motion. For all flat and even surfaces, the NewPro-Reflex Mop System can sweep large and rough and abrasive dirt particles such as sand and cigarette stubs. The figure eight motion is only possible using our rotating joint mechanism. (See illustration).

The rotating joint of the NewPro-Reflex Mop Holder makes a figure eight motion possible. This ensures great efficiency, which is well known with the usual folding mop holders. When the large and rough dirt particles are removed, a mop towel, such as the Reflex Micro Waffle and terry cloth towel or the Reflex Disposable Towel with the Reflex Mop Holder, can be used to clean the dry surface.

For mist moisture cleaning a liquid is sprayed directly onto the surface using a spray bottle or applied using the mop and then the floor can be cleaned in a figure eight motion. For mops, which carry slight moisture, these have either come directly from the washing machine or have been prepared and taken directly from the cleaning cart and put into use.

The micro mop towels, which are offered as part of the NewPro-Reflex Mop System, can be used in the same way as the existing flat mops. Simply fasten the mop towel onto the NewPro-Reflex Mop Holder, spray on liquids and clean the surface in a figure eight motion.

The properties of the NewPro-Reflex Micro Mop Towels allow you to impregnate the mop towels the night before with the appropriate cleaning solvents. The mop towels are folded together and placed in a 6-liter bucket with cover (up to 20 towels) and infused with the appropriate cleaning liquids. Through the capillaries (porous material through which the moisture rises upwards) the liquid diffuses evenly throughout the mop towel. The moisturized mop towels are put into the bucket with a cover and then transported on the cleaning cart with the NewPro-Reflex Mop Holder. In comparison to usual flat mops, they are very light and space saving. As a result, the NewPro-Reflex Mop System can naturally also be applied using pre-treated disposable and oil towels.

Moist Application

For moist cleaning, mop towels are moistened directly out of the washing machine or with the help of a mop press placed directly onto the cleaning cart, where the desired degree of moisture can by applied and then the mop towels can be used. The floor can then be cleaned in the desired figure eight motion. Used mops are then collected in a mop bag.

The NewPro-Reflex Mop System allows you to immediately work with moisturized mop towels. If there is no washing machine available you can still soak the NewPro-Reflex Micro-Mop Towels with the appropriate moisture. All mop towels are folded together, placed in a 6 liter bucket with a lid and doused with the necessary liquids. Through the capillary properties of the micro-fibers, the liquids distribute evenly throughout the mop towels and afterwards are ready for use.

The moistened mop towels can be simply transported on the cleaning cart in the bucket with the lid or together with the NewPro-Reflex Mop Holder. Because the Reflex Mop Towels do not need fringes to access difficult-to-reach corners, they are lighter and also absorb less water.

If you want to moisturize your mop at the cleaning site, a 6-liter bucket with liquids is sufficient. Simply dip the NewPro-Reflex Mop Towels into the liquid and wring them out. The NewPro-Reflex Mop Towels have no bags and therefore do not become stiff, which offers easier handling.

Wet Application

For wet cleaning, a difference between one-step and two-step cleaning is made. For two-step cleaning the surface is immediately mopped in a figure eight motion using a lightly wrung out mop towel. If a standard flat mop holder is used, a floor towel is wrapped around the mop holder for the second cleaning and to dry the floor off with.

For the one-step cleaning the drying of the floor surface is achieved through room temperature. For wet cleaning the NewPro-Mop System can also be applied using moisturized NewPro-Reflex Micro-Mop Towels. The Reflex Mop Towels absorb up to 1.5 dl of fluids. The NewPro-Reflex Mop Towels are folded and put in a 6-liter bucket with cover on the cleaning cart; each towel is doused with 1.5 dl. The liquid diffuses quickly over the towels and can be already be used within minutes. The liquid remains saved in the towels so that the towels can actually be moistened the night before use, if immediately stored in a covered bucket.

Naturally, you can dip the NewPro-Reflex Mop Towel in a 6 liter bucket of water at the cleaning site, wring out the towel and then put it to use.

With the synthetic material part of the NewPro-Reflex System the drying period can be accelerated. After the first moping, dirty liquid remains are left on the floor by the mop towel. The remaining dirty moisture on the floor can be absorbed again using a second wiping.

A two-step cleaning is then made possible because there is no need to change the mop towel and cleaning equipment.

Worker and Working Conditions

Ergonomics has become more and more important for cleaning methods, because no back pains are caused through the use of the NewPro-Reflex Mop System, and therefore workers are absent from work less due to back pain. The NewPro-Reflex Mop System allows cleaning with a straightened back regardless of the cleaning method used. The times of cleaning crews with buckets, water and mop are a thing of the past. Although our innovative NewPro-Reflex Mop-System is available on the market, even still using the old method of transporting water along, which becomes dirty and unusable very quickly. Through the pre-moistening method of the NewPro-Reflex Mop System, cleaning is performed more cleanly. Generally, we recommend that cleaning personnel wear protective gloves during cleaning with the NewPro-Reflex Mop Holder, although a direct contact with the used mop towels no longer is necessary. As soon as the clips are unfastened, the used towel falls off of the NewPro-Reflex Mop Holder (efficiently, productively and ergonomically).

Range of Application and Use

Whether dry, moist, or wet, the NewPro-Reflex Mop System can be applied to every cleaning method. The joint of the NewPro-Refelex Mop Holder was developed in a way that even the cleaning of vertical surfaces can be easily performed. With the same holder (telescopic handle) cleaning of higher reaches can be undertaken.

For performing cleaning, that means the figure the eight motion effectuates cleaning more smoothly and with less exertion, without compromising intense pressure between the mop holder and the floor.

In comparison with the usual moping system, the NewPro-Reflex Mop System achieves 2 to 2 ½ times the cleaning performance. Using the NewPro-Reflex Mop System the cleaning performance and required cleaning time increase with the degree of the moisture.

Manual floor cleaning is the most widely practiced cleaning method.

For the one-step cleaning drying of the floor, the floor is left at room temperature to air dry. For wet cleaning the NewPro-Reflex Mop System can also be done using previously moistened NewPro-Reflex Micro Mop Towels. The Reflex Mop Towels absorb up to 1.5 dl of liquids. The NewPro-Reflex Mop Towels are folded, placed in 6-liter covered bucket and doused with 1-5 dl cleaning fluids per towel. The fluids quickly distribute throughout the towels and are even ready to be used after a few minutes. The fluids are absorbed and saved in the towel, so that the moisturizing can already be carried out the night before providing the moistened towels are immediately stored in a covered bucket.

Naturally, you can the NewPro-Reflex Mop Towels could be placed 6 liter bucket, doused with water, rung out and used directly at the cleaning site.

Application and Use

For cleaning with the usual flat mops, dirt and grime is always only picked up on the front edge of the mop, whereas the back edge of the mop remains clean and free of dirt and grime. This is not the case with the NewPro-Reflex Mop System.

Whether the NewPro-Reflex Mop System disposable mop towels or reusable mop towels are used, at least 2 to 2 ½ times the cleaning performance is achieved compared to the usual flat mop holder.

The small plastic wheels can be adjusted several mm, and as a result the surface of the mop is used much more effectively. Cleaning can be continued without having to change mop towels. By turning the mop towel to the other side, cleaning can be immediately continues.

The NewPro-Reflex Mop System offers high performance. Although the Reflex Mop Holder weighs only half of what the usual flat mop holder weighs, the contact surface of the synthetic material part with the mop towel is at least 50 times smaller. The pressure point is, therefore, more intensive. If the pressure point is converted to the contract surface, an extremely small amount of rubbing resistance occurs.
