Range of Application and Use/Appropriate Surfaces

NewPro-208 Synthetic Materials Care is used as a semi-permanent protective film against markers, graffiti and other soiling or stains.

NewPro-208 Synthetic Materials Care can be used on the following surfaces:

• PE

• PMMA (Plexiglass)

• PVC.

Product Characteristics/Features

NewPro-208 Synthetic Materials Care is a protective sealant based on water vapor permeable vinyl. With treatment using NewPro-208 Synthetic Materials Care dirt, stains, soiling and markings can no longer permeate the protected surfaces so intensively because they remain on the sacrificial surface coating. Dirt, soiling, stains and markings can be easily washed off with water and mild cleaning solvents.

The NewPro-208 Synthetic Materials Care protective coating is barely visible.

Instruction for Application and Use

Surface Preparation:

All surfaces must be clean and dry.

Application:

NewPro-208 Synthetic Materials Care can be applied to all appropriate surfaces using an airless spraying device or on smaller surface areas using a pump-spraying device. After 60 minutes, at an area temperature of +20°C, the surface coated with NewPro-208 Synthetic Materials Care is ready for use. The temperature during application (temperature of the surface which is to be coated) is not to exceed +5 °C.

Machine Application:

NewPro-208 Synthetic Materials Care can be applied using a standard airless spraying device.

Use:

• Depending on surface, approximately 10 to 20 ml per 1 m².

This here is merely a standard value, which, in practice, can vary depending on the absorbency of the surface.

An exact requirement of materials should be determined through the use of a test to the surface of the object.

Required Conditions for Use/Application

The application and drying can be effectuated with a surface and area temperature between a min. +5°C and max. +30°C.

Do not apply the product at temperatures above +25°C under direct sunlight.

Drying Times:

• Touch-dry after approximately 30 min.

Depending on temperature and relative humidity.

Cleaning of Tools:

• Immediately after use, clean with water.

Delivery Form

Units Per Package:

• 1000 ml Concentrate.

Color:

• Milky, colorless when dry.

Further Instructions

Transport:

• unlabeled and is non-hazardous.

• Do not inhale atomized spray of the product.

Storage:

• Can be stored when cool, frost-free in the original closed packaging for approximately 1 year.

Work Hygiene

Before breaks and at the end working with the product, wash hands thoroughly.

Do not eat, drink or smoke during use.  Avoid eye and skin contact with the product.

Safety Precautions

Keep away from children. Keep containers sealed tightly closed. In the event of eye contact, immediately flush eyes out with lots of clean water. In the event of skin contact, wash skin thoroughly with water and soap. Do not smoke during application and use. If swallowed seek immediate medical advice and show the packaging or product label to the treating physician.
