Instructions Regarding Use/Application

Application:

NewPro-WE 1 Wax Remover, in its delivered dilution, can be applied to the wax layer using a standard spraying device. After standing for the time to take effect, the loose and diluted wax pieces wash right off with warm water and a towel or using a high-pressure cleaner.

Do not allow NewPro-WE 1 Wax Remover to dry on the surface!

Notice:

It is recommended that the user carry out a test to the surface with the product to determine the suitability and durability for the intended use.

Machine Application:

NewPro-WE 1 Wax Remover can be applied using a standard airless spraying device.

Dilution of the Product:

• NewPro-WE 1 Wax Remover can be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:4.

Use:

• Approximately 50 to 100 ml per 1 m².

This is simply an estimation, which can vary depending upon the thickness of the wax layer and the surface structure.

An exact amount of material required should be determined by a test on the surface of the object.

Application/Time to Take Effect:

• Approximately 0.5 to 12 minutes at +20°C.

Depending upon the thickness of the wax layer, which is to be removed.

Required Conditions for Use/Application

The cleaning can be carried out at a surface and area temperature between min. +5°C and max. +30°C.

Cleaning of tools:

• In freshly used condition, immediately clean with water.

Transport:

• Unlabeled and non-hazardous.

Storage:

• Lasts approximately 1 year when stored at a cool temperature, frost-free and in the original tightly sealed packaging.

Work Hygiene

Before breaks and at the end working with the product, wash hands. Do not eat, drink or smoke during use. Avoid eye and skin contact with the product.

Safety Precautions

Keep away from children. Keep containers sealed tightly closed. In the event of eye contact, immediately flush eyes out with water. In the event of skin contact, wash skin thoroughly with water and soap. Do not smoke during application and use. If swallowed seek immediate medical advice and show the packaging or product label to the treating physician.
