Range of Application and Use /Appropriate Surfaces

NewPro-FS 10 can be applied as a protective film on calk areas such as (temporary removable layer) bathroom floors, urinals, shower stalls, etc.

Product Characteristics/Properties

NewPro-FS 10 is a protective layer for calk based on water vapors permeable micro waxes and silicone. Liquids, dirt and grime cannot permeate the calk.

Further properties include:

• Dries quickly

• Easy to apply

• Fire damp resistant

• UV-stabile

• Water repellent (protects surfaces against moisture)

• Weather resistant.

Adhesive basis:

• Micro wax, silicone.

Specific weight:

• Approximately 1 g/cm³.

Instruction for Application and Use

Surface Preparation:

All surfaces must be sustainable, clean and free from loose particles or particles which can compromise adhesion such as grease, as the corresponding area of application or surface requires.

Application/Use:

NewPro-FS 10 Calk Protection System is applied to the appropriate surface by pouring or venting. Two evenly covering layers/coatings are required.

Use:

An exact amount of required material for the intened purpose is to be determined with a test application to the surface of the object.

Required Conditions for Use/Application

The application can be effectuated with a surface and area temperature between a min. +8°C and max. +30°C.

During drying periods, protect the coated surface from water.

Drying Times:

• At approximately +20°C and 80% Humidity

• Second coating exterior after approximately 1 hour

• Second coating interior after approximately 15 – 20 minutes.

Depending upon the thickness of the layer.

Cleaning of Tools:

•  Clean with clean water immediately after use.

Delivery Form

Units Per Package:

• Units Per Package S with 10 x 1 Liter.

Color:

• Milky, colorless when dry.

Further Instructions

Transport:

• Product is unlabeled and is non-hazardous.

• Do not inhale atomized spray of product.

Storage:

• Can be stored when cool, frost-free in the original closed packaging for approximately 1 year.
