NewPro-Gastro-Cleaner is a basic cleaner for synthetic materials and lacquered surfaces.

Range of Application and Use/Appropriate Surfaces

NewPro-Gastro-Cleaner can be applied as an environmentally friendly remover for the basic cleaning of synthetic materials and lacquered surfaces such as:

• Lacquered surfaces

• Machines

• Synthetic material surfaces.

Product Characteristics/Properties

NewPro-Gastro-Cleaner is a cleaner based on aromatic hydrocarbons.

Further properties include:

• Easy to apply

• Odorless.

Technical Data

Adhesive basis:

• Aromatic hydrocarbons, substances which are active on surfaces and auxiliary substances.

Specific weight:

• Approximately 0.98 g/cm³ (at +20°C).

Instruction for Application and Use

Application:

Apply NewPro-Gastro-Cleaner to the soiled surface using a spraying device.

After the time required for the product to take effect, wash the loose dirt and grime particles away with warm water.

Caution:

Cleaner is not to dry onto the surface!

Notice:

This product covers a broad range of applications and uses. It is therefore recommended that a test is made to the surface to determine the suitability and durability of the product to the surface.

Use:

• Approximately 50 to 200 ml per m².

This is only an standard value, which can vary depending upon the surface thickness and the type and degree of dirt, grime or soiling.

An exact amount of required material for the intened purpose is to be determined with a test application to the surface of the object.

Required Conditions for Use/Application

For heavy soiling and dirt apply undiluted. Use a 1:30 ratio of product to water for dilution (e.g. maintenance and routine cleaning).

The application can be effectuated with a surface and area temperature between a min. +5°C and max. +30°C.

Time to Take Effect:

• At approximately 20°C takes effect in approximately 30 Seconds to 3 minutes.

Depending upon the thickness of the layer of soiling, dirt or grime to be removed.

Cleaning of Tools:

• Clean immediately after use with water.

• Units Per Package M with 12 x 1 Litre.

• Colorless.

Transport:

• Product is unlabeled and is non-hazardous.

Storage:

• Can be stored when cool, frost-free in the original closed packaging for approximately 1 year.

Work Hygiene

Before breaks and at the end working with the product, wash hands thoroughly.

Do not eat, drink or smoke during use. Avoid eye and skin contact with the product.

If necessary use proper protective clothing while working with the product.

Safety Precautions

Keep away from children. Keep containers sealed tightly closed. In the event of eye contact, immediately flush eyes out with lots of clean water. In the event of skin contact, wash skin thoroughly with water and soap. If necessary seek medical advice. Do not smoke during application and use. If swallowed seek immediate medical advice and show the packaging or product label to the treating physician.
