Product Description

NewPro-GS 1210 Suface protection is a sacrificial layer for the protection of synthetic materials as well as coated/ lacquered metal surfaces against the permeation of dirt, grime and soiling.

Range of Application and Use

NewPro-GS 1210 Surface Protection is applied as a protective film (temporary removable layer) against dirt, grime and soiling on the surfaces of synthetic materials as well as lacquered surfaces.

Possible application or use:

• Aircraft surfaces.

Product Characteristics/Properties

NewPro-GS 1210 displays the following properties:

• Firedamp resistant

• UV-stabile

• Water repellent (protects the surface against moisture)

• Weather resistance.

Instructions Regarding Application and Use

Surface Preparation:

All surfaces must be sustainable, clean and free from loose particles or particles which can compromise adhesion, as the corresponding area of application of NewPro-GS 1210 Surface Protections requires.

Application/Use:

Apply NewPro-GS 1210 Surface Protection thinly to the surface using a microfiber towel. After drying, rub out with a dry towel.

Use:

An exact amount of required material for the intened purpose is to be determined with a test application to the surface of the object.

Required Conditions for Use/Application

The application can be effectuated with a surface and area temperature between a min. +5°C and max. +30°C.

Cleaning of tools:

• Clean with clean water immediately after use.

• Colorless.

Transport:

• Unlabeled and non-hazardous.

Storage:

• Can be stored cool, frost-free in the original closed packaging for approximately 1 year.

Work Hygiene

Before breaks and at the end working with the product, wash hands.Do not eat, drink or smoke during use. Avoid eye and skin contact with the product.

Keep away from children. Keep containers sealed tightly closed. In the event of eye contact, immediately flush eyes out with water. In the event of skin contact, wash skin thoroughly with water and soap. Do not smoke during application and use.
