Product Characteristics/Properties

NewPro-HS 16 Wood Protection System is a protective coating based on water vapor permeable micro waxes. Water and dirt or grime hangs to the exterior of the surface and cannot permeate the wood.

• Water repellent (protects the surface from moisture)

• < 0.25.

Instruction for Application and Use

Surface Preparation:

All surfaces must be sustainable, clean and free from loose particles or particles which can compromise adhesion such as grease, as the corresponding area of application or surface requires.

Application/Use:

NewPro-HS 16 Wood Protection System is applied to the appropriate surface using a roll brush or a spraying device.

Depending upon the surface, it is possible that a second coating with even thickness need be applied to the surface. Each layer needs to be dried prior to the application of the next layer. This can require approximately 30 minutes to approximately 4 hours, depending upon temperature and humidity.

Machine Application:

NewPro-HS 16 Wood Protection System can be applied using a standard airless spraying device.

Use:

• Depending upon surface texture and condition, approximately 100 to 350 ml per m² is required.

This is merely a standard value, which can vary depending upon the surface.

An exact amount of required material for the intened purpose is to be determined with a test application to the surface of the object.

Required Conditions for Use/Application

The application can be effectuated with a surface and area temperature between a min. +5°C and max. +30°C.

During drying periods, protect the coated surface from water.

Drying Times:

• At approximately +20°C and 80% humidity

• Completely dry after approximately 3 to 18 hours

• Subsequent coatings can follow after approximately 30 minutes to 4 hours.

Depending upon the strength or thickness of the layer.

Cleaning of tools:

• Clean with clean water immediately after use.

• Unlabeled and non-hazardous.

Storage:

• Can be stored cool, frost-free in the original closed packaging for approximately 1 year.

Work Hygiene

Before breaks and at the end working with the product, wash hands. Do not eat, drink or smoke during use. Avoid eye and skin contact with the product.

Safety Precautions

Keep away from children. Keep containers sealed tightly closed. In the event of eye contact, immediately flush eyes out with water. In the event of skin contact, wash skin thoroughly with water and soap. Do not smoke during application and use.
