The extraordinary thermal and building
design performance of NewPro-Well Interior Paint owes its coating system to
the unique substance of the base and the high percentage (approximately 50%)
of hollow ceramic spheres (ceramic bubbles), which are just a fraction of a
millimeter in size. These bubbles carry the heat from the heat source at
lightening speed over the coated wall surface. Through the existing thermal
radiation, this ensures a fast warming of the object in the room. |

designed for cleaning with water and compatible cleaning solvents.

Instructions Regarding Use/Application |
|
Surface Preparation:
The surface must be dry, free of
rust, grease, and dust. Loose pieces or residues must be completely removed.
Chalk surfaces must be washed.
Smooth surfaces must be sanded or
stripped. Absorbents or absorbent surfaces must be solidified and reinforced
with a solvent-based primer (NewPro-Xtra). Generally, the adhesiveness of the
surface should be tested by the user prior to final application of NewPro-Well
Interior Paint. Otherwise, the guidelines of VOB/C DIN 18363 apply.

Mixing Instructions:
In order to preserve the
especially fine texture, NewPro-Well Interior Paint can only be diluted with up
to 5% water. We strongly advise against a higher dilution with water because
this can have a negative impact on the characteristics of this product and its
durability.
|
|
Application:
Before beginning work and after
longer working breaks, NewPro-Well Interior Paint must be sufficiently stirred!
NewPro-Well Interior Paint can be applied with a brush, roll brush or spraying
device onto the desired surface.
Two uniform coatings must be
applied in order to achieve the above described effective minimum layer
thickness of approximately 0.25 mm. With absorbent and/or structured surfaces,
the corresponding layer thickness may require more material in two working
applications/coatings. If necessary, a repeated renewed coating of NewPro-Well
Interior Paint must be applied in order to achieve the described layer thickness
on the object.

Machine/Mechanical Application:
NewPro-Well Interior Paint can be
applied using a standard airless spraying device.
Please pay
careful attention to the manufacturer’s instruction when using.
|
|
Use:
NewPro-Well Interior Paint
designed for application with brush, roll brush and by spray. Two even/uniform
coatings must be applied in order to achieve the above described working effect
minimum layer thickness of approximately 0.25 mm.
With absorbent and/or structured
surfaces, the corresponding layer thickness may require more material in two
working applications/coatings. If necessary, a repeated renewed coating of
NewPro-Well Interior Paint must be applied in order to achieve the described
layer thickness on the object.
An exact amount of material needed
can only be determined by a sample test to the surface of the object. |

Required Conditions for Use/Application
|
|
The
application and drying can be carried out with a surface area and air
temperature between min. +5° Celsius and max. +30° Celsius. The relative
humidity should not be over 80% during application.
NewPro-Well Interior Paint must
not be applied with temperatures below +3°Celsius.
|
|
Drying Times:
-
at a temperature of +20°C and 80% humidity, depending on the strength of the
layer/coating
-
Re-paintable indoors approximately 15 to 20 Min.
With lower temperatures and/or
higher air moisture/humidity, longer drying times are to be expected. During the
drying period, the coated surface must be protected from rain. |

Cleaning of Tools:
After use of an airless-spraying
device, also follow the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions.

Storage:

When mixed, keep under cooler (approximately +5 to +15°C) and frost-protected
storage, approximately 6-day shelf life.

Disposal:

Due to the very good environmentally safe biodegradability, the dried material
remains can be disposed of in the domestic refuse (pursuant to the
corresponding local official laws or regulations)

Emptied containers can be recycled.

Work Hygiene |
Before breaks and at the end working with the product, wash hands thoroughly.
Do not eat, drink or smoke during
use. Avoid eye and skin contact with the product.

Safety Precautions
|
Keep away from children. Keep containers sealed tightly closed. In the event of
eye contact, immediately flush eyes out with a lot of water In the event of skin
contact, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. Do not smoke during
application and use.

medical advice and show the packaging or product label to the treating physician.
