NewPro-Nano Alloy Rim Fit is a solvent-based protection system which is based on modern nanotechnology for the cleaning of all auto and motorcycle alloy rims with solid polishing ingredients. NewPro-Nano Alloy Rim Fit sealant offers the alloy rims an invisible water, oil and dirt repellent protection, so that effective protection makes the alloy rims very easy to clean.

NewPro-Nano Alloy Rim Fit Cleaner is an acid-free and, therefore, also suitable for thorough and beautifying cleaning of motor and frame parts.

Technical Data

Basis of Material:

• Cleaner: watery cleaning solution with organic ingredients and inorganic salts

• Sealant: watery suspension with maintenance and care additives.

Viscosity:

• Cleaner: Approximately 1.9 mPas

• Sealant: > 100 mPas.

Instructions Regarding Use/Application

Surface preparation/pre-cleaning:

All surfaces should be free of grease, oil, dust and dirt, dry and sustainable. Intense or extreme dirt and soiling should be removed, if necessary using a brush and water, prior to application.

1. Large and rough dirt or soiling and lose partials, as usual, should be thoroughly removed.

2. NewPro-Nano Alloy Rim Fit Cleaner is directly applicable and should be thoroughly shaken prior to use.

3. NewPro-Nano Alloy Rim Fit Cleaner should be applied by spray at approximately 25 to 50 ml per alloy rim in a circular motion and should be thoroughly rubbed in with light pressure.

4. Allow NewPro-Nano Alloy Rim Fit Cleaner to take effect for approximately 1 to 5 minutes and then rinse off with a lot of water. Remaining grease will be removed and moisture will be neutralized. The pre-cleaned surface is clean as soon as there are no streaks caused by grease or oil.

5. Rub dry with a lint free towel and do not touch the cleaned alloy rims with fingers anymore. Directly afterwards, the alloy rims should be sealed with a coating of NewPro-Nano Alloy Rim Fit.

NewPro additionally offers a pre-cleaner specially designed to supplement the NewPro-Nano Alloy Rim Fit to easily remove intense and extreme dirt and soiling.

Caution:

NewPro-Nano Alloy Rim Fit Cleaner is not to be applied to warm alloy rims or alloy rims warm from use or operation because this can cause damage to the alloy rims and the development of steam can occur. Do not allow NewPro-Nano Alloy Rim Fit to dry!

Application/Sealing:

1. NewPro-Nano Alloy Rim Fit Sealant is directly applicable and must be thoroughly shaken prior to application or use.

2. NewPro-Nano Alloy Rim Fit Sealant should be sprayed at approximately 50 to 75 ml per alloy rim. Rub dry with a clean and dry lint free towel in a circular motion and rub with light pressure and carefully polish it out.

3. NewPro-Nano Alloy Rim Fit should be left to dry for at least 30 minutes. Under higher levels of humidity, the hardening of the material can take up to 1 our longer. Extra material should be removed with a clean and lint-free towel and left at least 40 minutes to take effect. The „easy-to-clean“ effect takes place approximately 1 hour after polishing.

Notice:

Within the first 2 hours after the application of NewPro-Nano Alloy Rim Fit chemical or mechanical cleaners may not be applied. Waterways may be used only after 8 hours after a successful nanoformation (sealing), because it can cause damage to the sealing.

Caution:

It is recommended that gloves be used during application because NewPro-Nano Alloy Rim Fit Sealant can remove natural moisture and fat in the skin.

Improvement and New Coatings:

In the event of abatement of the protective characteristics of NewPro-Nano Alloy Rim Fit repeat the above-described steps to apply a new coating.

Cleaning of the coated surface:

NewPro-Nano Alloy Rim Fit is a permanent protective system. Soiling and dirt and dry remains can be removed with a towel.

Mixing Instructions:

NewPro-Nano Alloy Rim Fit Cleaner and Sealant are directly applicable and are not mixable with water or other substances. A mixture of foreign substances has a negative impact on the product characteristics as well as life span of the product and the applied protective coating.

Use:

• Cleaner: approximately 25 to 50 ml per alloy rim

• Sealant: approximately 50 to 75 ml per alloy rim.

Das NewPro-Nano Alloy Rim Fit is sufficient for 4 auto alloy rims. This is simply an estimation and can vary depending upon the structure of the surface. An exact amount of material needed should be determined by applying a test coating to the surface of the object.

Required Conditions for Use/Application

The application and drying requires a surface and area temperature between min. +5°C and max. +25°C. NewPro-Nano Alloy Rim Fit is not to be applied at temperatures under +5°C or in direct sunlight at temperatures over +25°C. At temperatures over +30°C only apply in small surfaces. Pay careful attention to the actual temperature of the surface. During application and drying times, protect the surface coating from rain.

Drying times:

• Cleaner: directly after the application. Rub dry if necessary

• Sealant: min. 1 hour to 24 hours

• The „easy-to-clean“ Effect takes place approximately 1 hour after polishing.

Depending upon the temperature and the relative humidity.

Cleaning of tools:

• In freshly used condition, clean with water.

• 100 ml Cleaning emulsion (Alloy Rim Cleaner)

• 100 ml Nanofluid (Sealant).

• Colorless, in a dry condition colorless.

Storage:

• At room temperatures min. 6 months in tightly sealed/closed original packaging

• Protect against wetness, frost or heat.

Work Hygiene

Before breaks and at the end working with the product, wash hands thoroughly. Do not eat, drink or smoke during use. Avoid eye and skin contact with the product. If necessary, wear protective clothing.
