NewPro-Nano Car-Glass is the new ultimate „free-visibility-nano-impregnation” for all glass automotive windows. Water and dirt particles simply roll off. Mosquitoes and flies have only mild adhesion and are easy to remove.

Product Characteristics

The nano-particles in NewPro-Nano Car-Glass contains nano-particles with components which intelligently organize themselves and securely bond with the glass surface and form a long lasting protective coating, which allows water to just roll off and protective particles prevent adhesion to the surface.

Technical Data

Basis of the Material:

• Cleaner: Cleaning milk with abrasive components, citris acid

• Sealant: Anti-adhesive components solution based.

Viscosity:

• Cleaner: approximately 300 mPas

• Sealant: approximately 2.7l mPas.

Instructions Regarding Use/Application

Surface preparation/pre-cleaning:

All automotive glass windows should be grease, oil and dust particle free, dry and sustainable.

1. Large and rough dirt or soiling and lose particles, as usual, should be thoroughly removed.

In the event of extreme soiling or dirt, repeat this step again.

2. NewPro-Nano Car-Glass Cleaner should be thoroughly applied with a household towel in circular motion with light pressure over the entire glass window. Grease and remains from cleaning should be rubbed off with a clean towel. Rinse off with sufficient water and dry with a lint-free towel. The pre-cleaned window is clean as soon as there are no visible grease or oil streaks.

Surface Coating/Application:

The glass pane/window which is to be coated, must be completely cleaned and grease free prior to the application.

1. Apply NewPro-Nano Car-Glass Sealant in small sections with a circular motion and a lint free polishing towel or a standard polishing machine with a ratio of 5 ml/0.5 m². Then, polish out the gray residue with a towel until the glass is completely clear again.

2. Leave NewPro-Nano Car-Glass Sealant standing for at least 1 hour and do not use the window wipers for the first 24 hours after polishing out the residue.

For the application of NewPro-Nano Car-Glass to large surfaces, it is possible to spray NewPro-Nano Car-Glass with a standard spray bottle. If so applied, be sure to wear the proper breathing and eye protective gear.

Caution:

NewPro-Nano Car-Glass is not to be applied to acid sensitive materials and other kinds of natural stone. Scratches can be left on sensitive surfaces, such as acrylic, and varnish. For this reason, we recommend that a test to the surface be carried out, prior to full application, on an inconspicuous place of the object. After cleaning and surface preparation, the surface should be immediately coated and no longer touched by hands.

Improvement and New Surface Coatings:

By the abatement of the protective characteristics and the roll-off effect, the above-described steps should be repeated in applying a new coating.

Cleaning of the coated surface:

Windows coated with NewPro-Nano Car-Glass are only to be cleaned with mild and nonabrasive cleaning solutions. Extreme ph-values from <2 - > 20 can ruin the quality of the coating. Dirt, soiling and dry residues can be removed with a moist towel without cleaning solutions.

Caution:

NewPro-Nano Car-Glass is not to be applied together with chloric cleaning solutions. There is the possibility of the formation of poisonous vapors.

Mixing Instructions:

NewPro-Nano Car-Glass Cleaner and Sealant can be directly applied and is not mixable with water or other substances. A mixture with foreign substances can have a negative effect on the characteristics of the product as well as the durability or lifespan of the product and the coated surface.

Use:

• Cleaner: approximately 10 - 50 ml/m²

• Sealant: approximately 10 - 20 ml/m².

NewPro-Nano Car-Glass Set is sufficient for the windscreens of up to 6 passenger cars.

Required Conditions for Use/Applicationn

The application and drying requires a surface and area temperature between min. +10°C and max. +50°C. NewPro-Nano Car-Glass may not be applied at temperatures under +5°C as well as under direct sunlight at temperatures over +25°C.

During application and drying times, protect the coated window surface from heat rain, and direct sunlight.

Drying Times:

• Cleaner: immediately after application, and if necessary rub the surface with a lint free towel

• Sealant: min. 15 minutes after polishing at room temperature.

Depending upon the temperature and the relative humidity.

Cleaning of tools:

• Cleaner: In freshly used condition, clean with lots of clear water

• Sealant: In freshly used condition, clean with alcohol (Isopropanol 99%).

Delivery Form

• 100 ml Cleaning emulsion (cleaner)

• 100 ml Nanofluid (sealant).

Color:

• Cleaner: Clear, in a dry condition colorless

• Nanofluid: white or beige, in a dry condition colorless.

Storage:

Cleaner and Sealant

• At room temperature minimum of 6 months when stored in tightly closed original packaging

• Protect against moisture, frost and heat.

Work Hygiene

Before breaks and at the end working with the product, wash hands thoroughly.

Do not eat, drink or smoke during use. Avoid eye and skin contact with the product. If necessary, wear protective clothing.
