Product Description

NewPro-Nano Stainless Steel is a solvent based protective system for stainless steel with abrasive components based on chemical nanotechnology. NewPro-Nano Stainless Steel offers an all-around protection of the protected surface.

Product Characteristics

NewPro-Nano Stainless Steel offers the protected surface long-lasting grease, oil, dirt and water repellent characteristics, and is especially distinguished by its ease of care. And, NewPro-Nano Stainless Steel can be applied to a wide range of surfaces.

Technical Data

Basis of the Material:

• Sealant: Watery suspensions with care additives.

Viscosity:

• Sealant: > 100 ml mPas.

Instructions Regarding Use/Application

Surface preparation/pre-cleaning:

All surfaces should be grease, oil and dust particle free, dry and sustainable.

1. Large and rough dirt or soiling and lose partials, as usual, should be thoroughly removed.

In the event of extreme soiling or dirt, repeat this step again.

2. NewPro-Nano Stainless Steel Cleaner should be thoroughly applied with a household towel in circular motion with light pressure. Grease and remains from cleaning should be removed and moisture should be removed. The pre-cleaned surface is clean as soon as there are no visible grease or oil streaks.

Caution:

NewPro-Nano Stainless Steel is not to be applied to acid sensitive materials and other kinds of natural stone. Scratches can be left on sensitive surfaces, such as acrylic, and varnish. For this reason, we recommend that a test to the surface be carried out, prior to full application, on an inconspicuous place of the object. After cleaning and surface preparation, the surface should be immediately coated and no longer touched by hands.

Surface Coating/Application:

The surface to be coated must be completely cleaned and grease free prior to the application.

1. Apply NewPro-Nano Stainless Steel Sealant in small sections with a circular motion and a lint free polishing towel with an evenly distributed quantity.

2. Thoroughly polish the surface and simultaneously remove the cleaner and the sealant residue.

Notice:

NewPro-Nano Stainless Steel covers a wide range of applications, but is not to be applied to chrome, acid sensitive materials and other natural stones. It is recommended that a test be applied to the surface to determine the suitability of the product for the intended surface.

Improvement and New Surface Coatings:

By the abatement of the protective characteristics and the Anti-fingerprint-Effect, repeat the steps described above.

Cleaning of the coated surface:

NewPro-Nano Stainless Steel is a permanent protective system. Soiling, dirt and grime, and dry residue can be removed with a moist towel.

Caution:

NewPro-Nano Stainless Steel is not to be applied together with chloric cleaning solutions. There is the possibility of the formation of poisonous vapors.

Mixing Instructions:

NewPro-Nano Stainless Steel Cleaner and Sealant can be directly applied and is not mixable with water or other substances. A mixture with foreign substances can have a negative effect on the characteristics of the product as well as the durability or lifespan of the product and the coated surface.

Use:

• Units Per Package Contents (50 ml) is sufficient for 6 m.

This is simply an estimation, which can vary depending upon the thickness of the layer and the structure of the surface. An exact amount of material required should be determined by a test on the intended surface.

Required Conditions for Use/Application

The application and drying requires a surface and area temperature between min. +5°C and max. +40°C.

During drying times, protect the coated surface from moisture and heat.

Caution:

NewPro-Nano Stainless Steel is not to be applied to surfaces which can reach temperatures over +180°C, otherwise the coating surface layer can become brittle and damaged.

Drying Times:

• Approximately 15 minutes after polishing the hydrophobic effect occurs.

Depending upon the temperature and the relative humidity.

Cleaning of tools:

• In freshly used condition, clean with water.

Delivery Form

Units Per Package (Set):

• 100 ml cleaning emulsion (cleaner)

• 100 ml nanofluid (sealant).

Further types of packaging and sizes are available upon request.

Color:

• Cleaning emulsion: Clear, in a dry condition colorless

• Nanofluid: White or beige, in a dry condition colorless.

Special Instructions

Transport:

• Unlabeled and non-hazardous.

Storage:

• At room temperature minimum of 6 months when stored in closed original packaging

• Protect against moisture, frost and heat.

Work Hygiene

Before breaks and at the end working with the product, wash hands thoroughly.

Do not eat, drink or smoke during use. Avoid eye and skin contact with the product. If necessary, wear protective clothing.
