Product Description

NewPro-Nano Textile and Leather is an aqueous inorganic-organic protective coating based on chemical - physical nanotechnology. NewPro-Nano Textile and Leather displays an invisible surface film with water repellent (hydrophobic) effect, which greatly reduces the rate of moisture absorption and repeated soiling.

Instructions Regarding Use/Application

Surface preparation/pre-cleaning:

All surfaces should be grease, oil and dust particle free, dry and sustainable.

1. As always, large and rough dirt or soiling and loose particles should be thoroughly removed.

For extreme soiling repeat the steps above. Fabric softener and tenside remains are to be completely rinsed out

2. Before the application of NewPro-Nano Textile and Leather sealant, the surface to be coated must be completely dry. The cleaned surface is not to be touched and protected from soiling, dirt or grime.

Notice:

Prior to application, a test of NewPro-Nano Textile and Leather should be applied to an inconspicuous area of the surface. Immediately after surface preparation, the coating should be immediately applied to the surface and should not be touched.

Surface Coating/Application:

The surface to be coated must be completely cleaned and grease free prior to the application.

1. Sufficiently shake NewPro-Nano Textile and Leather prior to use.

2. Spray NewPro-Nano Textile and Leather thickly and evenly at a distance of approximately 25 cm and spread evenly with a brush or roller so that an even thin film is formed.

3. Let NewPro-Nano Textile and Leather dry for minimum of 60 minutes, or as long as there are no visible liquids and product remains.

Notice:

NewPro-Nano Textile and Leather can be applied to a wide variety of surfaces. For this reason, we recommend that a test be applied to the surface in order to determine the suitability of the product for its intended purpose. Textiles and leathers can be slightly darkened from a coating of NewPro-Nano Textile and Leather.

Warning:

NewPro-Nano Textile and Leather is only to be applied in a well-ventilated room or outdoors. After coating, the object should be well aired out. We recommend that gloves be warn during application because NewPro-Nano Textile and Leather abstracts moisture from the skin.

Durability of the coating:

The durability of NewPro-Nano Textile and Leather –coating lasts for up to 3 washings at temperatures up to +40°C with detergents free of tenise.

Improvement and New Surface Coatings:

By the abatement of the protective characteristics of NewPro-Nano Textile and Leather, repeat the steps described above.

Cleaning of the coated surface:

NewPro-Nano Textile and Leather is a permanent protective system. Soiling, dirt and grime, and dry residue can be removed with a moist towel.

Caution:

NewPro-Nano Textile and Leather is not to be applied together with chloric cleaning solutions. There is the possibility of the formation of poisonous vapors.

Mixing Instructions:

NewPro-Nano Textile and Leather can be directly applied and is not mixable with water or other substances. A mixture with foreign substances can have a negative effect on the characteristics of the product as well as the durability or lifespan of the product and the coated surface.

Use:

• Approximately 50 - 75 ml per m.

This is simply an estimation, which can vary depending upon the absorbency of the surface.

An exact amount of material required should be determined by a test on the intended surface.

Required Conditions for Use/Application

The application and drying requires a surface and area temperature between min. +5°C and max. +30°C. The product is not to be applied under direct sunlight at temperatures over +25°C. Do not apply at surface temperatures under +5ºC. Only apply NewPro-Nano Textile and Leather in well-ventilated rooms or in the open/outdoors. After coating, the object should be well aired out. During drying times, protect the surface coating from moisture and cleaning detergents.

Drying Times:

• +20°C approximately 1 - 2 h.

Drying with an electronic clothing dryer at temperatures up to +160°C or with a clothing iron leads to better results, depending upon the temperature and relative humidity. NewPro-Nano Textile and Leather develops its complete effect only after 24 hours of drying.

Cleaning of tools:

• In freshly used condition, clean with water.

Delivery Form

Units Per Package:

• 100 ml Nanofluid (sealant).

Further types of packaging and sizes are available upon request.

Color:

• Colorless, in a dry condition colorless.

Special Instructions

Transport:

• Unlabeled and non-hazardous.

Storage:

• At room temperature minimum of 6 months when stored in closed original packaging

• Protect against moisture, frost and heat.

Disposal:

• Do not dispose of the product in the public sewage or drainage system

• Only dispose of the remainder of the product at an officially designated disposal site

• Only recycle completely emptied containers or packaging.

Work Hygiene

Before breaks and at the end working with the product, wash hands thoroughly.
Do not eat, drink or smoke during use. Avoid eye and skin contact with the product. If necessary, wear protective clothing.

It is recommended that gloves be worn because NewPro-Nano Textile and Leather abstracts moisture from the skin. This also avoids new grease soiling of the cleaned surface from natural skin oil.
