Description

NewPro Flame Guardian (flame retardant) FG 200 / Series 220 is a flame retardant impregnation compound and coating with excellent flame defense. Modified products will be developed for construction, exterior application and prefabricated wood veneer.

  • NewPro FG 200 is a colorless clear liquid

 

Application Area

  • NewPro FG 200 is used for regular textiles and cellulose raw products like wood, chipboards etc.


Implementation

  • Product is invisible after application

 

Application

  • Product can be applied with spraying or immersion processes. We advise to determine the consumption by creating a small sample sarea

Dilution

  • NewPro FG 200 is ready-to-use, dilution is not possible


Hazardousness Advice:

  • Direct contact with product causes skin and eye irritation. Product should be used in well ventilated areas.


Consumption

  • approx. 177 ml per m2  (depending on carrier material)


Desiccation

  • Textiles can be desiccated in air or warmth. After drying, product is fully operational after approx. 24 hours.


NewPro FG 200 has been tested and released according to:
NFPA 701, ASTM E84/UL 723 Class A, TB 117, FAR Part 25

 

Further Properties

Product is non-toxic, water-soluble and biodegradable.
