Protective Layer With Anti-Adhesive Effect
For matt surfaces such as wash ball of matt stainless steal, aluminium rims
Product Description
The ambient-hardening coating material protects matt surfaces permanently. It increases the smoothness, reduces pollution and facilitate cleaning. A permanent connection to the substrate has a high mechanical and chemical resistance.
Main areas of application: Stainless Steel, Chrome, Aluminum, brass, Copper, and other Metals.
Material Basis
- Solvent-Based hybrid matrix.
Color
- Colorless, transparent
PH-Values
- > 7, basic
Package Sizes

Storage
Minimum of 6 months at a temperature from 5 degrees Celsius to 20 degrees Celsius when stored in tightly sealed original container. Protect against frost and higher temperatures. In the event of storage beyond expiration date, test the material prior to use. Tightly air seal opened containers to preserve product life. Ensure sufficient ventilation in product storage areas.
Preparation
No preparation necessary – Material comes ready for use and application directly from the package.
Application
Apply according to separate instructions for use.
Application Temperatures
Air and object surface temperature from 5 degrees Celsius to 35 degrees Celsius. Product dries within a maximum of 24 hours. Variations of external conditions could influence the hardening time. Thermal hardening at 80 Degrees C reduces the hardening time.
Use and Application
- Approximately 50 g / m2 (spray onto surface)
Safety & Protective Measures
During application and use, carefully follow the instructions, safety advice and the pertinent safety and accident instructions of appropriate occupational and trade associations. For further detailed instructions, see safety data sheets.
Cleaning of Tools
- Apply alcohol or thinner directly subsequent to use. Eventually soak in lime potash.
Improvement and Second Coatings
Remove prior coating with lacquer removal or mechanically through abrasive finishing (ie., sandpaper).
Cleaning of Coated Surfaces
Subsequent to hardening, follow usual trade practices.
Disposal
Dispose of material residues and leftovers according to state and local regulations for paints and lacquers.
